- Tried they're hotdog over the weekend.  Reminds me of how the Koreans makes sushi.  From what I've observed, they make up random sushi rolls and put weird names on them so that people would be curious to try something different from the ordinary.  With hotdog's, it looks like they're doing the same thing.  I tried their Matsuri hotdog but wasn't too impress.
- I found it interesting that the owners did not use the food trailer, but instead opt to cook outside with a home made hotdog stand.  They also have a trailer in the back to hold more supplies.
- How much is the rent at the parking lot?
- What is the license needed to operate a hotdog stand?
- How much is the hot dog stand?
- What's their operating cost?

- Was walking around late at night looking for a place to sleep when I stumbled upon Thoa's.  I was only interested in the spot because it looked like a nice spot to sleep for the night.  Upon looking closer I realize I stumbled upon a Vietnamese restaurant.  Curious, I went ahead and took a quick pic to check them out later on yelp.  Turns out the owner also own's several other restaurants around town.  Very successful business women.  Potential business partner.
